190e Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms You Need to Know

Please read this document carefully before using the 190e platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using the 190e platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 190e as the platform operator.

To use the 190e platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
  • Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information
  • Not be on any list of individuals prohibited from using online betting services
  • Understanding that your use of this platform is at your own personal risk
  • Not using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law

190e reserves the right to decline or cancel the registration of any user found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, without obligation to provide reasons.

Age Restriction

The 190e platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Any user found to have provided false age information will have their account suspended immediately.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 190e platform. Registering or operating more than one account — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended or closed without prior notice, and any balance held within them may be forfeited.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 190e will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account security are the sole responsibility of that user.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from engaging in fraud, system manipulation, the use of automated software (bots), exploiting platform bugs, or any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage. Any attempt to disrupt platform operations, access other users' accounts, or exploit technical vulnerabilities will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.

Identity Verification

190e reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of information provided during registration. Users who fail to complete the verification process within the stipulated timeframe may have certain account functions restricted, including the withdrawal of funds.

Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the 190e platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports deposits via FPX (online bank transfer) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are legitimately yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity.

Deposit
  • Deposits are processed automatically upon bank confirmation
  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policy
  • 190e is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment providers
  • Failed deposits will be reversed via the original payment method within the timeframe set by the payment provider.
Withdrawal
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within standard business hours
  • 190e reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security or compliance review purposes
  • VIP users receive priority withdrawal processing

190e reserves the right to cancel, withhold, or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, 190e will notify the user and, where required, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

190e is not liable for any financial losses, indirect damages, data loss, or service disruptions experienced by users as a result of using this platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 190e makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of any information displayed.

Account Suspension & Closure

190e reserves the right to suspend or close any account that breaches these terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, operates multiple accounts, or upon the user's own request. Users may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal once a standard review is completed.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials on the 190e platform are the exclusive property of 190e and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 190e.

Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The 190e platform may utilise third-party payment processing services and technical infrastructure to support its operations. 190e is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or actions of those third parties. Users who access third-party services through this platform do so at their own risk and are subject to the respective third party's terms.

Changes to These Terms

190e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, along with the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 190e platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should a resolution not be reached, the matter will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
